What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can and usually ship out within 1-2 business days.

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you immediately upon shipping. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at d9greekshop@gmail.com.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order without penalty as long as we have not already begun the shipping process.  You must cancel your order before it ships. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have entered an incorrect address, please email us at: d9greekshop@gmail.com so that we may cancel your order and you may place it again using the correct information.  We CANNOT make any address changes. 

How long does shipping take?
We ship orders within 1-2 business days but actual delivery time will depend upon the shipping method chosen and the carrier's shipping time.

I used an incorrect address and my package was undeliverable, what happens?

Once the package is returned to us, we will cancel the order and issue a refund less our shipping cost.

I have a question that wasn't answered, can you please help?
